Michelle Laninga

Senior Personal Trainer

With five years of experience at Old City Athletic Club, Michelle brings passion, consistency, and a love for movement to every client she works with. She believes fitness should enhance life, not complicate it, and focuses on helping people build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits that carry beyond the gym.
Outside of training sessions, she’s an avid outdoors enthusiast who loves spending time exploring trails, staying active in nature, and enjoying adventures with her husband and their two dogs. Her appreciation for movement in the real world fuels the energy she brings into her coaching.
In addition to personal training, she proudly leads our Run Club, creating a welcoming space for runners of all levels to connect, stay motivated, and challenge themselves together. Her supportive coaching style and positive energy make her a favorite among members who want accountability, encouragement, and results.

Nicole White

General Manager & Senior Personal Trainer

Nicole brings over eight years of experience managing and growing a successful boutique gym, with a strong foundation in all aspects of fitness, health, and wellness. Her background spans operations management, team leadership, client experience, and program development, giving her a well-rounded and strategic approach to building impactful wellness environments.


Throughout her career, Nicole has developed extensive knowledge in training methodologies, recovery modalities, and holistic health practices. She is passionate about helping others achieve sustainable results by integrating fitness, recovery, and lifestyle into a balanced, realistic approach to overall well-being.


Outside of her professional role, Nicole is a dedicated mom, which she considers her most important and rewarding role. Motherhood has shaped her perspective on health and wellness, reinforcing the value of resilience, consistency, and leading by example. She is committed to creating a lifestyle that supports both personal well-being and family life, and she brings that same intention into the communities she serves.
