Personal Trainer, Marketing Manager

Rachel is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Fitness Specialist from New Orleans, LA. She became a trainer because exercise and healthy eating have affected her life in so many positive ways and she wants to help people know what it means to really feel good, inside and out. Since moving to Knoxville, she mostly spends her free time in the mountains, either hiking or biking or lounging by a river. When she’s not outside or in the gym, she’s in the kitchen, ever on the quest to make food as nutritious AND tasty as possible.
