Group Fitness Coordinator, Personal Trainer
Heather is our Group Fitness Coordinator, XGT instructor, and a NASM certified personal trainer. Knowing that everyone’s bodies respond differently, she is motivated by finding out what works best to help each client achieve their goals. Her favorite day of the week is leg day and her goal for 2019 is to gain 8 lbs of muscle. A spicy chicken deluxe with sweet tea and oranges is her go-to for a cheat day meal, and when she’s not at the gym, she’s hanging out with her 2 year old Husky/wolf mix.
