XGT

Led by nationally-renowned master trainers, our XGT class takes the guesswork out of interval training. Building day to day, we measure progress for this and other workouts by intensity points. Translation: rack up the points, reward yourself in beer. Or pumpkin spice lattes.

OLD CITY CYCLE

Saddle up to indoor cycling at its finest. Our cycling class isn’t just spinning; we combine stretching, ab work and more for a whole-body tune-up. And, don’t forget: friends that ride together, stay together.

YOGA & MOBILITY

Breathe in, breathe out. We live in a stressful, high-information society. Lay down your mat and we’ll help you unplug, recover and regenerate for a new day’s challenges.

Holistic wellness isn’t just about exercise, it’s about empowering our community to make important health decisions on their own. We offer seminars on cooking and nutrition, exercise and more.
